These Terms and Conditions govern the use of dispatching services provided by Ministers Industries LLC. By using our services, the client (carrier or trucking company) agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
Ministers Industries LLC provides truck dispatching services including load searching, broker communication, rate negotiation, paperwork coordination, and general support for carriers and trucking companies.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
Ministers Industries LLC acts solely as an independent dispatcher and does not operate as a motor carrier, freight broker, or shipping company. The carrier remains responsible for the transportation of freight and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
3. Carrier Responsibilities
The carrier agrees to:
Maintain valid operating authority and insurance coverage.
Ensure that all drivers comply with applicable transportation laws and safety regulations.
Provide accurate information regarding equipment availability, location, and load requirements.
Handle freight safely and deliver shipments according to broker or shipper agreements.
4. Payment and Service Fees
Ministers Industries LLC charges a dispatching service fee for arranging and managing loads. The fee structure will be agreed upon between the carrier and Ministers Industries LLC before services begin.
Payments for dispatching services must be made according to the agreed terms.
5. Load Confirmation
Once a load has been confirmed with a broker and accepted by the carrier, the carrier is responsible for completing the shipment unless prevented by legitimate circumstances.
6. Cancellations
If the carrier cancels a confirmed load without a valid reason, Ministers Industries LLC may still charge the dispatch service fee for the work already performed.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to the official Refund Policy of Ministers Industries LLC. Clients may request refunds within the allowed time frame if dispatching services have not yet started.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ministers Industries LLC is not responsible for:
Freight damage or loss
Payment delays from brokers or shippers
Detention, layover, or operational issues during transportation
The carrier is solely responsible for freight transportation and delivery.
9. Confidentiality
All information shared between the carrier and Ministers Industries LLC, including broker contacts, rates, and business details, must remain confidential and may not be shared with third parties without permission.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the dispatching service agreement at any time with written notice. Any outstanding service fees for completed work must still be paid.
11. Changes to Terms
Ministers Industries LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated or posted when applicable.
