1. Service Fees
Ministers Industries LLC charges service fees for dispatching-related activities including load searching, broker communication, negotiation, paperwork handling, and coordination services for carriers.

2. Refund Eligibility
Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The service was paid for but dispatching work has not yet started.

  • The client cancels the service within 3 days of payment, and no load has been booked or dispatched.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Once dispatching services have begun.

  • After a load has been booked, confirmed, or negotiated with a broker.

  • If the carrier cancels the service after dispatching work has already been performed.

4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days and returned to the original payment method used during the transaction.

5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must contact Ministers Industries LLC with their payment details and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. All requests will be reviewed carefully.

6. Policy Changes
Ministers Industries LLC reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
